They do eat vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, romaine lettuce, cabbage, kale and collard greens, cooked in water with no salt added.<\/p>\n

To make up their food of choice, the betta fish<\/a> will eat the leaves and twigs of lettuce. You can find these leafy greens in any grocery store near you. Betas are Insectivorous fish<\/a><\/strong>, so this makes perfect sense that they\u2019ll eat a lot of what humans eat. However, you should still be careful with what you feed your fish.<\/p>\n
